Since joining dunnhumby, the world’s leading customer science company, in 2005, Jason has held roles such as Global Solutions Director for Category Management; Solutions Director Brazil, and Global Director of Products. Prior to joining dunnhumby, Jason was Space and Category Management Consultant at ACNielsen and has also held Analyst Developer roles at both the Royal Mail and Statpro.

    • 45 years old, married with 3 children, Olivier Arnoux is Senior Vice President, Guest Experiences & Satisfaction for Accor. His role is to define, structure, implement and continuously improve the Guest Experience at hotel level. Olivier and his team are focusing on several topics such as capturing and structuring the Voice of the Customer, managing hotels eReputation and implementing Brand standards. Olivier is part of the Accorhotels “Customer Expertise and Loyalty” department, regrouping CRM, Loyalty, Customer Service and Guest Experience. Prior to his position, Olivier was SVP Customer Experience for Pullman Worldwide, the upscale Accor brand in 2013 and SVP Guest Experiences & Operations for Sofitel Luxury Hotels from 2007 to 2012. He has worked on the repositioning of Sofitel into the luxury hospitality segment improving the brand from 48% of Guests totally satisfied in 2008 to 68% in 2012 worldwide. Prior to this arrival at Accor, Olivier has conducted his career mainly in the Automotive Industry (General Motors, Toyota, Nissan Europe). He held several positions in different departments such as Sales and Service Quality Manager at Nissan Europe or Manager of the French office of a consultancy company. He was also leader of the Renault-Nissan Quality Functional Transversal Team, working on topics such as Quality measurement and Quality management. Olivier is graduated from the French business school HEC where he has obtained an Executive MBA and from the MBA Institute (Inseec Group) where he has obtained a bachelor of Business Administration.
